Webmaster Solutions grew from a net café, a stubborn curiosity and a simple promise: build it right, then keep it working. Based in Pakistan, our team now helps solo founders, small businesses and enterprise teams on four continents build, grow, automate and protect their online presence.

Who we are
An agency built by someone who has done every job in it.
Most agencies are built around a skill. Ours was built around a responsibility: being the dependable person behind a business's online presence.
That is what a webmaster was always meant to be. Not just a designer or a developer, but the one who understands the whole system, from the domain and the server to the design, the search rankings, the leads and now the AI that answers them.
Over the years Webmaster Solutions has worked through every era of the web: hand coded HTML, the rise of WordPress, the freelance marketplace boom on eLance, oDesk and Fiverr, mobile first design, the e-commerce explosion and now AI search and automation. Each shift taught us something. All of it shows up in your project.
Today Webmaster Solutions is a team: a CTO, WordPress developers, a UI and UX designer, a graphic designer and an SEO team, each focused on their craft and all working from one shared plan for your business.

- The 1990s
The First Keyboard, the First Fix
Long before "webmaster" was a job title, Kamran was the person everyone called when a computer would not start or a connection would not connect. Curiosity turned into skill, and skill turned into a habit of solving problems other people walked away from.
- Early 2000s
Running a Net Café
Managing a busy internet café meant keeping dozens of machines, a network and a room full of customers running every single day. It taught the fundamentals that still shape the agency: uptime matters, customers deserve patience and every problem has a root cause.
- 2004
Webmaster Solutions Is Founded
Kamran began building websites for local businesses and quickly realized that clients did not just want a website. They wanted someone dependable to look after it. Webmaster Solutions was born around that promise: build it right, then keep it working.
- The freelance era
From Textiles to eLance, oDesk and a Global Client Base
After a chapter in the textile business, Kamran went all in on freelancing. Through eLance and oDesk, which later became Upwork, and then Fiverr, the agency began serving clients across the United States, the UK, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Hundreds of projects, thousands of messages and a reputation built one five star review at a time.

Teaching the Next Generation of Freelancers
Kamran began training students and young professionals to build careers online, sharing practical lessons on skills, clients and honest work. That journey led to training through Freelancer Factory and Hunarkada, free one to one sessions on MeetKamran.Online, seminars at FAST University, Forman Christian College, ITU and Nest College, a radio interview on Boom FM 106.6, a keynote at the International Young Leaders Conference in Lahore and an invitation to UK National Freelancer Day in London.

Building, Breaking and Rebuilding
Not every chapter was a success. A business collapsed under debt and broken systems. Instead of walking away, Kamran rebuilt one client and one system at a time. Those lessons, honest work, clean systems and keeping your word, now shape how every client engagement is run.

With 900+ projects delivered, Webmaster Solutions now combines web development, SEO, AI visibility and AI automation into one partnership. The tools have changed many times. The promise has not: we build it right, help people find it, keep it running and automate what happens behind it.

Kamran has trained students and professionals to build honest careers online, and shared the lessons on stages, studios and classrooms in Pakistan and the UK.

He wrote about it in The Rebuilder's Code, a candid book about failure, faith, family and the disciplined systems that make recovery possible. Those lessons are now how we run every engagement: clear scope, clean income, documented systems and promises we keep.

Webmaster Solutions was founded in 2004 by Kamran Shafi, a digital architect, trainer, speaker and author of The Rebuilder's Code. He still personally leads strategy on client engagements.
We are a focused team of developers, SEO specialists, designers, writers and automation engineers. Every project has a senior lead and you always know who is working on your account.
Yes. We built much of our early global client base through eLance and oDesk, now Upwork, and through Fiverr, before growing a large direct clientele. Many of those clients still work with us today.
