Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services.
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, website address, budget range and project details when you use our contact form, estimator or newsletter signup.
- Estimator answers: the services and options you select, so we can prepare an accurate quote.
- Client information: billing details, project files, website logins and other access you choose to share during an engagement.
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends automatically, such as device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited, if analytics are enabled.
How We Use Your Information
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes and proposals.
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you purchase.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To keep our website secure and improve its content and performance.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We never sell your personal information, and we never use client website data for our own marketing.

Client Data and Website Access
When you give us access to your website, hosting, CRM or other systems, we use that access only to perform the agreed work. We store credentials securely, limit access to the team members working on your project, and recommend that you change or revoke access when an engagement ends. For client data we process on your behalf, you remain the data controller and we act as your processor.
International Transfers
Our team is based in Pakistan and some of our service providers are located in other countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and take reasonable steps to protect it.
How Long We Keep Information
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records and invoices: as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Website backups made under a care plan: according to the plan retention period, typically 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, strong passwords with two factor authentication and reputable providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and will notify you promptly if a breach affects you.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@webmaster.solutions. We respond within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, and with GDPR principles for clients in the UK and EU. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
