Agreement to These Terms

By using webmaster.solutions you agree to these Terms of Use. If you hire us, these terms apply together with your written proposal or statement of work. If they conflict, the proposal wins.

Using This Website

• Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial or professional advice for your specific situation.
• Prices, estimates and package details are guidance and may change. A quote is binding only once confirmed in writing.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break its security, submit spam or harmful content, or scrape it in ways that affect its performance.

Quotes and Proposals

Instant estimates are indicative ranges. Every project receives a written proposal with scope, timeline and price. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payments

• One time projects are normally billed 50 percent before work begins and 50 percent before launch, unless a milestone schedule is agreed.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and continue until cancelled.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
• Third party costs such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, AI usage and advertising are paid by the client unless included in the proposal.

Client Responsibilities

Projects run smoothly when we receive content, feedback, approvals and access on time. Delays on the client side may move the timeline. You confirm that any content, images, trademarks and data you provide are yours to use or that you have permission to use them.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website design, custom code written for you and content we create for you. We keep ownership of our pre existing tools, frameworks and know how, and grant you a permanent licence to use them as part of your project. Third party themes, plugins and software remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed public work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

SEO, AI Visibility and Results

Search engines and AI platforms are controlled by third parties and change often. We use ethical, white hat methods and report transparently, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, AI mentions or revenue.

AI Chatbots and Automations

AI systems can make mistakes. We design chatbots and automations with guardrails, testing and human handoff, but you remain responsible for reviewing their configuration, the information they provide to your customers and their compliance with laws in your industry. AI usage costs from providers are billed according to the proposal.

Care Plans and Support

Care plans cover the services listed for your plan. Unused monthly hours do not roll over unless agreed. We take reasonable precautions such as backups before updates, but no website can be guaranteed to be free of downtime or security incidents.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, credentials and project details confidential and will sign an NDA on request.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, or for monthly services the fees paid in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data that you did not back up, or problems caused by third party services.

Ending an Engagement

Either party may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that date, as described in our Refund Policy. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing month.

Governing Law and Changes

Webmaster Solutions is based in Pakistan. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless your proposal states otherwise. We aim to resolve any disagreement through honest conversation first. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
