Refund Policy

Our Approach

We would rather earn your trust than hold on to money we have not earned. This policy explains what happens if a project or plan ends early. Your written proposal may include specific terms, which take priority.

One Time Projects

• Cancelled before work begins: full refund of any deposit.
• Cancelled after work begins: we refund any amount paid beyond the value of work completed to date, based on the milestones and hours in your proposal.
• Completed and approved work, delivered milestones and launched websites are not refundable.
• You receive all completed work and files that have been paid for.

Monthly Plans: SEO, AI Visibility, Care Plans and AI Ops

• Cancel at any time with written notice. Your plan ends at the close of the current billing month.
• We do not refund partial months or months in which work has been performed.
• If we fail to deliver the work included in a month, tell us and we will make it right or credit that month.

Emergency Fixes and Malware Cleanup

If we diagnose your issue and cannot fix it, you pay only the diagnosis fee stated in your quote. If a cleaned website is reinfected through the same vulnerability within 30 days, we clean it again at no charge.

Non Refundable Items

• Third party costs paid on your behalf, such as domains, hosting, premium themes and plugins, software licences, AI usage and advertising spend.
• Paid strategy sessions and audits once delivered.
• Work that was delayed or prevented because required content, access or approvals were not provided.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@webmaster.solutions with your name, project and reason. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days using the original payment method where possible.

Disputes

If something is not right, please talk to us first. Most concerns are resolved quickly with an honest conversation, and we will always try to find a fair solution before any formal dispute.
